Martial Arts Management

(Residential & Non-Residential Courses)

We are seeking career minded people to be trained to fill professional positions within our organisation.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY AS ALL TRAINING IS PROVIDED, including free martial/fighting arts training to Black Sash and subsequent Instructor qualifications. Sports management skills relevant to the Self-Defence/Fitness Industry.

Our organization teaches children and adults on a national basis and has been established since1983. Own car preferred.

This does not effect your present status. We invite you to build your membership independently from your present Club/Group.

Training Hall for Hire, Newquay Town Centre, Cornwall

Ideal for Weekend/Summer Courses

Sleeps up to 30 persons

Only £5, per person, per night!

Please supply your own personal linen. i.e. pillows, bed sheets and towels.

Arrive please after 2pm. Departures by 12 noon.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Bookings will not be confirmed unless a deposit of a third of the accommodation rental is received in full.

USE OF THE ACCOMMODATION

The Hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils, etc. must be left clean and the Property must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.

DAMAGE

All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the hirer, and their costs shall be refundable on demand. However, minor damage or breakages will not normally be charged.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Baggage and personal belongings are at Hirers risk at all times.

MOTOR CAR

No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or its contents.

BALANCE OF RENTAL

The balance is due for payment three weeks before the commencement of the rental date.

We regret no pets and NO SMOKING.

OSA Training Courses

LAU GAR Kung Fu (KF Level 1) - 1 Module (10 hours of Formal Tuition)
Kickboxing  (KB Level 1) - 1 Module (10 hours of Formal Tuition)
(Low) Kickboxing  (Low KB Level 1) - 1 Module (10 hours of Formal Tuition)
Freestyle  (FS Level 1) - 1 Module (10 hours of Formal Tuition)
Internal Teaching Certificate (ITC Level 2) -  1 Module (10 hours of Formal Tuition)
Internal Assessing Certificate (IAC Level 2) - 1 Module (10 hours of Formal Tuition)

All successful candidates will receive the appropriate Learning DVD or equivalent and must be an OSA Member. 

I understand that all monies are not returnable. A CV must be produced before training commences.

To secure a place on any of the courses, which are conducted by Sifu G Rennison. All payments must be made prior to the commencement of the course. All successful candidates will be accredited on completion of the course.
