Hello and welcome to the OSA Online Courses!
These courses have been designed specifically for online learners and for people unable to come to the courses we hold at the OSA HQ.

Each course contains high quality video tutorials from Sifu Geoff Rennison and the rest of the team. These will help guide you through your chosen discipline. These tutorials are, in turn, broken down into a modular format which are set out into easy steps, These may be downloaded. All disciplines also come in a written syllabus, which can be printed out so that you can digest them at your leisure. 

There are also great resources, like the Members Discussion Board or Email Forums from the OSA team.

When you’ve completed a course, we’ll even send you a OSA Course Certificate, signed by Sifu G Rennison!
 
Always start with the Course Tutorial, as this will tell you how to get the most out of this course. Please note that these courses contain a large amount of video, so you need to have a broadband connection and the latest version of the free Flash player in order to enjoy them. You can download the flash player from here.
