We use a 'first come, first served' policy as places are limited

Weekend Event Providers

You may become a weekend event provider whether you are a martial artist or not and earn money by being a

Course Provider

or an

Organiser of Training Facilities

Course Providers are responsible for producing assessment questionnaires and analysing assessment criteria feedback through reflective practice

Organisers of Training Facilities are responsible for providing facilities, administration & publicity for the events and the hiring an external assessor, tournament adjudicator or validation officer

Semi Contact Squad Training & Selection

If you are interested in being selected to compete in our

National Freestyle Squad for 2012

(Competing in the UK & Europe)

Weekly training sessions organised in your area with monthly selections in Manchester

which will be filmed in our TV studios and broadcast on Digital TV

Squad members will receive sponsorship to events including travel expenses

Competitors must be over 18 years old and hold an OSA Individual Registration Number

All styles welcome

Details will be given on completion of the application

Associate Squad Selection

Clubs who currently run their own squad selection have the opportunity to become an Associate Squad with the OSA

ALL STYLES WELCOME

Associate Squads train in their own Clubs but then are invited to the

OSA Squad Training & Selection sessions which are held throughout the

UK & Europe every month

The Manchester College Instructors Induction Course on Saturday 23rd June, 2012 between 11am - 4pm is being presented by:

Dr. Liaqat Malik , CEO

Over 20 years of experience as a former legal practitioner, lecturer and examiner at many universities in UK and overseas, advisor to many organisations specialising in public law/human rights, immigration law, education law, criminal law, member of Chartered Institute of Arbitration, presently the chairman of a television network and Manchester College of Higher Education & Media Technology. His qualifications include:

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), University of Manchester

Master of Laws (LLM), University of Wolverhampton

Graduate Diploma in Public Law, Staffordshire University

Solicitors Qualifying Examination, College of Law/BPP Law School London

He holds several other under graduate qualifications from UK and overseas

Phillip Ian Lewis, Principal

Phil has over 30 years of experience in education, working as head of schools in England and Wales. He has also served as Inspector for OFSTED with substantial experience in managing business and education partnership projects. His qualifications:

B.Sc. (University of Wales)

Cert. Ed. (Cardiff College)

NEBSS (Deeside College)

Akhtar Hameed Rana, Vice Principal

Mr. Akhtar Rana is a proven leader and innovator with nearly 8 years of professional and academic experience. He is one of the founding members of the college team and currently leads administrative team as Vice-Principal. Akhtar is a qualified Chartered (CA), Management accountant (ACMA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is also a Java certified programmer (JCP) and developed an online banking system during this certification. Prior to joining MCHEMT, Akhtar served as Vice Principal and senior lecturer in West London College. He lectures on Accountancy, Finance and Business Management Subjects. He has worked as senior audit manager and financial controller in the industry and lectures on accountancy and business. His qualifications:
